Payment
We accept cash, check, wire transfers, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
We require wire transfer for international buyers.

Shipping and Handling
Jacques Antiques can help you get a quote by calling carriers and packers that our clients have successfully used, or you can have your own shipper handle your purchases . All packing, shipping and insurance costs are the buyer’s responsibility and expenses.
Jacques Antiques is not responsible for the actions, omissions or delays of packers and carriers, whether or not recommended by us.

For check payments, item(s) will be shipped once the funds have been cleared.

Sales Tax
All purchases are subject to applicable South Carolina Sales Tax unless:
Item purchased will be shipped out of state with a registered carrier or
buyers provide a valid Retail License Number (from SC or other states) and fill out the tax form.
International buyers are responsible for tariffs, taxes or assessment of shipped items to the buyer’s country.

Sales Conditions
All items are available for your full examination prior to purchase. Merchandise is sold “as is “and is not returnable or refundable unless noted otherwise by the Sales Manager. Written and oral descriptions are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge. Antique items however, often show normal signs of used and wear from age which may not be specified in condition report.

“On Approval” Sales Conditions
Before making a final decision, you may want to see the item. The buyer has 2 days after receiving the item to notify us if they wish to return it. After we have been notified, the client has 7 days to return the piece to our Gallery. The piece must be returned insured and arrive in the same condition as when shipped from the gallery. Packing, shipping and insurance for returns are at the client’s expense. We will refund the purchase price once the piece is returned to our gallery.
