A very comfortable large fauteuil made of solid walnut. Tall and slightly slanted backrest with its top in “chapeau de gendarme” form. Scrolled arms finishing in “bec de corbin” (billhead) and arched feet linked by crossbars and an “H” shaped stretcher called as “os de mouton” pattern. Great wood patina and upholstered in a light beige linen.
Sturdy frame and all pegged construction, can be a true resting seat or a desk chair.
