19th Century French Empire style Carved Mahogany and Marble Top Low Table

Remarkable quality for this low-or coffee-table having fully hand-carved solid mahogany. The two supports are in X-shape and joined by a turned stretcher. The four feet are carved with a “feuille d’eau” decor. “Petit Antique” (French Pyrenees) black marble top supported by an apron adorned with carved “Greek Key” design.
