A very comfortable large fauteuil made of solid walnut by the end of 19th century. Tall and slightly slanted back rest ,scrolled armrests finishing in “bec de corbin”, arched feet linked by crossbars and a “H” shaped stretcher so called “os de mouton” pattern, typical of Louis XIV style.
Upholstered in a light beige linen. Sturdy piece to be used for resting or behind a desk.
