This hand carved Brush Pot has a deep cylinder well in its center as a container for calligraphy brushes in a scholar’s studio. Entirely made of red orange Carnelian agate (considered as the energy of blood), it is decorated with carved cranes and pine trees, both symbols of longevity. Rest on a carved wood stand.
