At top, a winged teen aged Angel dressed a L’Antique holding a lyre and resting his feet on a Curule shaped seat. On left a quiver with its bow and three arrows. The clock has a blackened steel dial with engraved Roman numerals and hand cutted iron hands surrounded by a chased ormolu bronze ring and four escutcheons. Rest on a gorgeous ormolu bronze base adorned with two chased swans having tails in “Rinceaux de Renommee” holding an Antique vase full of fruits. Beautifully engraved front feet. Silk thread with an eight days time and strike movement. Extremely elegant clock having great quality materials and execution.
