Very elegant and decorative Bouillotte table in Louis XVI style with rosewood and kingwood veneers on apron and legs. It features two drawers and two leather lined pull-out slides above four squared tapering inlaid legs ending by bronze sabots. Creamy white Carrara marble top surrounded by a pierced brass gallery. Bouillotte was the name of a card game in the 18th century played on this kind of table and today they are used as a great lamp or occasional table.
