Do you work with Trade Professionals?

Yes, we do! We appreciate very much to work with Architects and Interior Designers. When asking for information on an inventory item please mention your belonging to the Trade.

Can I request Items to be put on hold?

Without a deposit, we accept it for a maximum of 3 days. A longer “hold “ time requires a 10% deposit of the item price, non-refundable but deductible from the purchase. Without deposit and after 3 days we could offer the “right of first refusal” to our client.

How can I have the price of an Item I want?

Call us or email us, we will be delighted to discuss price and condition with you.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Absolutely. In the recent past, we sold furniture and Objets d’Art in Europe, Asia, and Australia. Jacques Antiques is not a shipping Company but we can provide you with Shippers names we have used with previous customers and who are doing International packing and shipping.

Can I get an Antique Appraisal with my purchase?

Yes, for an additional fee, we can provide you the opinion in writing from an Independent recognized Expert in Antiques belonging to the French “Compagnie d’Expertise en Antiquities et Objets d’Art“.

Do you buy antique pieces from individuals?

If you have an exceptional French or Italian Antique piece, we will be happy to discuss it with you.

Do you offer Restoration Services for Antique Pieces?

Yes, we offer antique restoration services. Please contact us for more information. We work with Candice Murphy, an artist specialized in antique restoration for more than 20 years. Her work specializes in French and Italian Antique restoration, gilding, faux finishes, and fine art and antique painting restoration.
